1. Image & PDF Data Handling

Our primary service involves processing user uploaded media (images and PDFs). We follow a strict Privacy by Design protocol:

• Temporary Storage: Files are stored on secure servers only for the duration of processing.
• Auto-Deletion: All uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours from our servers.
• No Ownership: We claim no rights or ownership over your uploaded content. We do not use your images to train AI models or for any purpose other than the specific task you request.
• No AI Training: We do not use your personal images or sensitive PDF documents to train our AI models or improve our algorithms. Your data remains your own.

2. Google Analytics & Log Files

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with Pixel AI. This tool collects information such as your IP address, browser type, and page visit duration. This data is used solely to improve website performance and user experience.

Like most websites, we use Log Files. These files log visitors to the site a standard procedure for hosting services and a part of service analytics.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements on our website. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your visit to Pixel AI and other sites on the internet.

• Google uses the DART cookie to serve targeted ads.

As an India-based service, Pixel AI complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
